Lacher & Associates in Souderton, PA., recently received the Giving Network Agency of the Year Award from the ERIE Insurance Group.  This award is given to agencies who demonstrate outstanding involvement within their community and abroad.  Lacher & Associates was the second agency in the ERIE Allentown Branch history to receive this annual award. 

Lacher & Associates was chosen to be the 2011 recipient based on their long-term commitment to local, national and international community involvement.  Dedication to encouraging their team members to be involved within their community and their good standing as an agency contributed to their nomination this year.  In 2010, Lacher & Associates and their team members donated over $30,000 and volunteered over 2,500 hours to various non-profit organizations. 

In response to receiving the award, Chad Lacher, Partner, stated, “Lacher & Associates is committed to freeing people to enjoy life.  This mission extends beyond our firm and clientele to our community at large.  This award is a public recognition of that commitment by our team and it’s our honor to be the 2010 award recipient.”   As a part of winning the Giving Network Agency of the Year Award, Lacher & Associates named Penn Foundation to receive the $2,500 donation from the ERIE Insurance Group.
