    Have you been in an accident or encountered a problem? Don’t Panic. Everything will work out. Believe us (we’ve been through this a few times before).

    To submit a claim:

    1. Choose the type of claim from the list on the right.
    2. Follow the steps.
    3. Take a look at the Helpful Tips PDF
    4. If you feel lost or confused, call us. We are here to help.

    If you are submitting a claim on your homeowner’s policy follow the instructions below or Download Home Claim Worksheet (PDF/56KB)

    1. Gather the following information:
      • Date and time of loss
      • Specific geographical location of loss
      • Details of loss (what happened and resulting damage)
    2. Call us at 1-888-723-5010 or 215-723-4378 to determine the best way to process your claim (we don’t want you to pay more than necessary)
    3. Contact your insurance carrier
    4. You’ll be contacted and possibly visited by an insurance carrier representative who will assess the damage
    5. If your coverage applies and your deductible is met, your insurance carrier will pay for the damages incurred

    If you are submitting a claim on your auto policy follow the instructions below or Download the Auto Claim Worksheet (PDF/68KB)

    1. Gather the following information:

    • Date and time of loss
    • Specific geographical location of loss
    • Driver at the time
    • Name of police department & report number
    • Year, Make, Model of Car
    • Were there any injuries?
    • What is the damage to policy holder’s vehicle?
    • Is the policy holder’s vehicle drivable?

    2. Gather the following Information from the owner and/or driver of other car

    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Year, Make, Model of car in accident
    • What is the damage of car in accident
    • Name of insurance company and policy number of car in accident

    3. Call us at 1-888-723-5010 or 215-723-4378 to determine the best way to process your claim (we don’t want you to pay more than necessary)

    4. Contact your insurance carrier

    5. You’ll be contacted and possibly visited by an insurance carrier representative who will assess the damage

    6. If your coverage applies and your deductible is met, your insurance carrier will pay for the damages incurred
