First, contact your friends and ask if they want to be referred to Lacher for a review of their auto, home, or life insurance. Don't worry, we'll treat them well and won't hound them with a hundred emails and phone calls.

2. Come back to this webpage

After you get your friends' permission, come back to this page and fill out the details in the form above. You can enter as many friends as you'd like - just make sure to include their contact info so we can reach out.

3. Get your Amazon card

Once your friends go through the underwriting process, we'll send you and your friend a digital Amazon eGift Card for $20.

LACHER REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS OF USE

As a participant in the Referral Program (“Program”) (both as a “Referrer” or “Referee”), you agree that you are subject to Lacher’s Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Lacher Referral Program Terms of Use:

QUALIFIED REFERRAL

A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a Lacher quote completed by a person (a “Referee”) who has never previously completed a Lacher quote. Each Referrer is limited to one qualified referral for each Referee; in other words, additional or repeat quotes completed by a Referee are not counted as additional qualified referrals.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for Referrers is limited to individuals only. Lacher’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation. Employees of Lacher or its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to be Referrers or Referees.

Participants in the Lacher Referral Program are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, and/or illegal acts. In order to be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, Referrers and/or Referees must provide a valid email address and may be subject to additional identity verification and/or fraud mitigation procedures. Lacher may at any time and in its sole discretion determine that a participant is not eligible to participate in the Program if it suspects fraudulent behavior or is unable to verify a participant’s identity or is unable to communicate with a participant through the email address provided.

The Referee and the Referrer cannot be the same person or on the same Lacher insurance policy. The Referee must have a different email address, along with a different active driver’s license number, than the Referrer.

To be eligible to be a Referee, you must meet all Lacher underwriting guidelines.

THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE INSURANCE BY PARTICIPATING IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM OR RECEIVING THE $20 eGIFT CARD REWARD PAYMENTS.

Rewards for qualified referrals will be paid in the form of Amazon eGift Cards for the amounts shown on the Referral Page (“www.lacherinsurance.com/refer”). The reward will be emailed to the Referrer and Referee, using the same email addresses provided on the Referral Page, after the Referee goes through the underwriting process. Rewards will be emailed as soon as possible but please allow for up to 4 weeks after the completion of a qualified referral. You are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from referral rewards.

PENNSYLVANIA

The Lacher Referral Program is currently available only in Pennsylvania.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

By using your email address you agree that Lacher may contact you via email or other communication related to the Referral Program. You may opt-out of electronic communications related to the Referral Program at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the electronic communication. Please note that should you choose to opt-out of electronic communications related to the Referral Program you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Referral Program.

NO RELATIONSHIP FORMED

Participation in the Referral Program does not create any agency, partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or any other relationship between the parties.

RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE USE

Lacher reserves the right to discontinue use of the Program, in its sole discretion, of any Referrer and/or Referee if the Referrer and/or Referee attempts to use the Program in a questionable manner, breaches any of these Terms of Use or is in violation of any Lacher policy, Privacy Policy, or any law, statute or governmental regulation.

RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS

Lacher reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion, by posting updated terms here. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at such time when Lacher cancels the Referral program.
