• Build strong relationships with our clients and provide a remarkable client experience
• Work closely with and support the client managers, client executives and advisors
• Respond to basic client questions and service requests
• Serve as the connection between our clients and insurance companies
• Process applications, new policies, proposals and renewals, and more
• Get your property & casualty (P&C) license
