Health insurance and healthcare are complicated. That’s where we come in. Our team of
Client Managers work every day to simplify insurance and healthcare for businesses
and their people.

As a Client Manager you will serve as a member of a broader Client Management Team
– working directly with our clients to plan, administer, and support their health and
benefits program.

On our team you will:

• Manage the planning and renewal of health insurance and other benefits
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our client’s health and benefits program
• Answer individual member questions about health plans, bills, and claims, etc.
• Work with our client’s HR and finance teams to communicate their benefits program to their people
• Collaborate with the Client Management Team to support all Lacher clients
• Get your life & health insurance (L&H) license
