As a Sales Associate you will learn the business of healthcare & benefits and play a critical role in our prospecting and sales process.
On our team you will:
- Assist in developing new business opportunities through prospecting, research and lead generation
- Help craft marketing strategies, materials, and execute events
- Attend sales meetings with Advisors
- Develop sales skills and industry knowledge through ongoing training and development
- Learn how to manage client relationships and deliver high quality healthcare and benefits consultation
- Get your life & health insurance (L&H) license
