Disappointed. Added a bike she told me my total add would be 590 got a bill and it’s a thousand dollar difference. Because she failed to mention my car and policy changed even tho I had a rate lock. I would have never added it if she had just told the truth even tho I asked for the total difference on the bill. And now they can’t go back the one that changed my policy knew exactly what she was doing. Next time go personally for anything and see the changes.

Back in 2019, we shifted Insurance from a long-term Insurance Co to another as we added a new driver to our existing policy which jacked our rates. We worked with Alex, he did a great job getting us situated. At that point we thought we were good, however over time, there was a series of random increases to our policy with increases of up to $1700 for the 6 months we’ve been with. I contacted a Sarah and she looked into the increase and I was told the increase was due to my 16 year old being set as a licensed driver,, when she was still under permit. Sarah recommended I contact the insurance company to have my daughters status updated. So I called and the rep checked our policy and made note of my wife and I both having an accident on the same day, which was wrong, so after some discussion and disclosure, our policy was updated, we received a credit but our rates didn’t change. So, we called in to Alex, Lachers rep who set us up and after some digging, Alex found a load of discrepancies with our records as were set by the new insurance company, and after some serious diligence, Alexgot a better rate through this insurance company, fixed “their” problems ( yep problems with an emphasis on multiple) and got us the proper credits and a rate saving ya $170+ a month under our original quote! The people at Lacher are wonderful to work with. Very personable and responsive. They are very helpful in walking through coverage options and have always made policy changes very painless. Full disclosure, I have not yet had any claims, but the customer service is excellent. It is nice to have real people to contact and not dread waiting on hold or wading through layers of phone-in customer service menus. Would recommend.

Sarah at lacher was amazing. Lacher was easy to work with and the rates were super competitive – they even saved me money on my rental and 2 cars (vs Geico) She explained everything perfectly – and I am new to doing this myself. I am so late in posting this! Great response time! Needed house insurance because State Farm was not on top of their game & chose to change the terms of the policy after being with them 25+ years. The Lacher rep, my sincerest apologies for not remembering her name worked past her normal work hours on a Friday and found my boyfriend a policy that had a great price while also covering his rental property immediately. Thank you for the great customer service and the peace of mind.

I just moved back to Pennsylvania after a number of years and was looking for new car insurance as I was not particularly happy with my previous carrier. I was in search for a quote on my Car, Home and Umbrella insurance policies as my current agent was not very responsive in looking for the best deal for me.
