What does it mean? Building interpersonal muscle means doing the work to connect, to be vulnerable, to put yourself in one another’s shoes – so that trust is deeper, conflict is healthier, and achievement is sweeter.

What does it mean? These are the virtues of the “ideal team player.” Humble means we don’t worry about status; we put the team over our self; and we understand that together we achieve far more. Hungry means we are are self-motivated, stubbornly persistent, and always pushing for the next challenge.  People smart means we have good common sense about people and team dynamics.
