Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Claims Advocate to join our Commercial insurance team. This role is focused on supporting clients through the claims process, ensuring they receive timely updates, clear communication, and strong advocacy. You will serve as a key link between clients, adjusters, and our internal team, keeping all parties informed and working toward the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage claims for clients from start to resolution
- Serve as a client advocate by communicating with adjusters, carriers, and vendors
- Keep the agency management system updated with claim notes, status, and documentation
- Work closely with advisors and service team members to provide updates and coordinate support
- Analyze claims for trends to identify potential risk management opportunities
- Ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the claims process
What You’ll Bring
- Previous claims or adjuster experience required
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple claims at once
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn agency management systems
- Ability to analyze claims for patterns and provide insight
- Workers Compensation medical expense knowledge (preferred)
