The mission of Keystone Opportunity Center (KOC) is to help community members in need by offering a comprehensive array of social services that educate, encourage and empower them to become self-sufficient. Located in Souderton, KOC’s services include housing, food, and educational services in Bucks and Montgomery County. KOC and it’s founding organizations have been serving our communities since 1970, and we are grateful for their work in building a network of care in our community.
