Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000. Offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered toward the top of the range.

As a Risk & Claims Advocate, you will serve as a key member of our Commercial Insurance Team, blending proactive risk management with responsive claims advocacy. You will work directly with clients, carriers, adjusters, and internal advisors to help clients identify exposures, implement mitigation strategies, and manage claims from start to resolution. This role supports clients across the full lifecycle of risk, from prevention to post-loss recovery.

On our team you will:

• Conduct, coordinate, and participate in loss control reviews and risk assessments
• Collaborate with clients to identify operational exposures and develop practical mitigation strategies
• Monitor and manage commercial insurance claims from initial reporting through resolution
• Serve as a client advocate by communicating directly with carriers, adjusters, and vendors
• Maintain detailed and accurate risk and claim documentation within the agency management system
• Partner closely with advisors and service team members to provide updates, insight, and coordinated support
• Analyze claim and loss trends to provide strategic recommendations that reduce future risk
